Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification and quick resolution.
